About Me

Why would anyone be so vain that they would start a blog about their own fitness journey? Well I’m not sure myself but one thing I know is this – since I was a teenager I have bounced between having an okay body and having a “soft” frame. I am the guy who supports Men’s Health and all these other magazines and blogs every month and yet I never seem to be able to REALLY motivate myself over a long period of time without the use of a personal trainer (which I cannot afford).

So it occurred to me – I blog my goals in a public forum, I hit my weight, routines, failures and successes for the world to see and maybe that will just give me enough “kick-ass” that I will actually push myself to finally get that body I’ve always wanted.

I face the usual challenges – I work in an office, sitting on my behind from 830 – 630 every day and enjoy the odd drink out with the guys.

I will try my best and make you proud!

  2. Hi there! I don’t see a place to send an email to you on your blog, so I thought I’d just comment. I tried to reply to the email you send but it bounced back to me.
Definitely interested in doing a “blog hookup”. Feel free to email me back via my blog. Congrats on your wedding!!!

    Hi 🙂
I am nominating you for a Leibster award, I don’t know if you are accepting awards on your blog, but if you are, the info about it is here:

I always enjoy reading your blog and have been following your journey since you started (almost at the same time as me 🙂 )
